摘要
为了研究EBZ-160掘进机作业时截割部在不同空间位置的工况,对掘进机截割部的整体结构进行了仔细分析,根据各执行油缸动作时的受力分析,对截割部各种工况进行了载荷分析,对掘进机截割时的稳定性、截割顺序及结构改进和优化有参考价值,并通过故障分析,提供了相应的故障原因。
In order to study the working conditions of the cutting part in different spatial positions during the operation of the EBZ-160 roadheader, the overall structure of the cutting part of the roadheader was carefully analyzed. According to the force analysis of each cylinder operating, the load analysis of various working conditions of cutting department was carried out, which had reference value for the stability, cutting sequence and structural improvement and optimization of the roadheader cutting, and provided the corresponding fault reason through fault analysis.
