高速动车组车轮硬度与车轮多边形形成关系及解决措施研究 被引量:11

摘要 为研究高速动车组车轮多边形产生机理,对我国CRH_3型动车组进行了大量现场的测试,从车轮材质、热处理、组装工艺、硬度等方面开展调查,发现车轮硬度是多边形产生和发展的重要影响因素。为深入研究车轮硬度对多边形形成的影响,现场测试了115列动车组所有车轮踏面的硬度,并在实验室内进行轮辋切片和硬度检测,发现磨耗后的小轮径车轮硬度相对标准车轮有所降低,并且部分车轮在圆周方向硬度分布不均,两者共同作用加剧了车轮多边形产生和发展。结合我国轮轨硬度匹配情况,提出通过滚压强化提高车轮硬度以抑制多边形产生。通过20万km的运行考核试验,验证了提高车轮硬度可以抑制车轮多边形产生这一重要结论。 In order to study the induced mechanism of the wheel polygonization of high speed EMU,many field tests have been carried out from the aspects of wheel material,heat treatment,assembly technology,hardness and so on.It found that the wheel hardness is an important factor affecting the formation and development of wheel polygonization.To further study the influence of wheel hardness on the formation of wheel polygonization,the hardness of wheel treads of all the 115 EMUs have been tested along with the rim slice and hardness testing in the laboratory.The results showed that the hardness of the worn wheel with small diameter is relatively smaller than the hardness of the standard wheel,and the distribution of the hardness is uneven in the circumference direction for part of the wheels.Both increased the emergence and development of wheel polygonization.According to the matching situation of wheel/rail hardness in our country,it was proposed that the hardness of the wheel can be raised by rolling strengthen to restrain the formation of wheel polygonization,which has been confirmed by the 200 thousand kilometers running test.
