摘要
目的探讨授权理论的健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭中应用效果。方法选取本院91例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组45例,实施常规健康宣教,观察组46例,给予授权理论的健康教育,观察比较两组对无创呼吸机治疗的耐受情况及自我效能(GSES)评分,并评估两组自我管理行为(健康知识水平、日常生活能力、自护技能)评分。结果观察组耐受率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组80.00%(36/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组GSES评分及健康知识水平、日常生活能力、自护技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论授权教育可提高经无创呼吸机治疗的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者自我效能,强化其自我管理行为,提高耐受率。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education in empowerment theory on the self efficacy of the treatment of noninvasive ventilator in COPD patients with respiratory failure. Methods 91 cases of COPD complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. 45 cases in the control group received routine health education, and 46 cases in the observation group received health education based on empowerment theory. The tolerance and self efficacy(GSES) score of noninvasive ventilator treatment of two groups were observed and compared. The self management behavior(health knowledge, daily life ability, self-care skill) score of two groups were evaluated. Results The tolerance rate of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46), higher than that of the control group(80%)(36/45)(P〈0.05). The GSES score and health knowledge level, daily living ability and self-care skill score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Empowerment theory education can improve the self efficacy of COPD patients with respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilator, strengthen their self-management behavior and improve the tolerance rate.
