摘要
以带有标准结构加油管和呼吸阀的某型号燃油箱为研究对象,在燃油箱表面和加油管表面安装压力传感器,监控燃油箱压力变化,进而确认燃油雷特蒸气压、加油速率、加油管内径、循环管接头内径等参数对燃油箱加注过程中提前跳枪及回流的影响。研究结果对汽车燃油箱的开发设计具有参考价值。
A certain type of fuel tank with fuel filler pipe in standard structure and breathing valve wastaken as research object and pressure gauges were installed on the surface of the fuel tank and on thesurface of the fuel filler pipe to monitor the pressure change of the fuel tank, and to confirm the effects ofparameters such as fuel RVP, refueling rate, inner diameter of refueling pipe, and inner diameter ofrecirculating pipe fitting on the early tripping and backflow during filling of the fuel tank. The researchresults have reference value for the development and design of automotive fuel tanks.
