摘要
采用加速老化试验方法对民用飞机硅橡胶的老化性能进行研究。分别考察了拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩永久变形在不同温度下性能随时间变化规律,利用Arrhenius方程预测了硅橡胶的储存寿命。硅橡胶的储存寿命随环境温度上升而下降。环境温度为23℃时,硅橡胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度寿命均大于100年,压缩永久变形寿命为39年。硅橡胶储存寿命研究不仅能够对橡胶制品剩余储存寿命进行预测,指导储存环境,还为橡胶制品使用寿命提供参考依据。
The article researched the thermal oxidation property of civil aircraft silicone rubber by the method of accelerated oxidation. The rule of the affection to the tensile strength,tear strength and compression set properties of the silicone rubber by the oxidation temperature and time were investigated respectively. The storage life of silicon rubber was predicted by Arrhenius equation. The results showed that the higher temperature,the shorter storage life. When the ambient temperature is 23℃,the storage life of tensile and tear strength are more than 100 years,while the storage life of compression set is 39 years. The study of the storage life of silicone rubber not only predicts the remaining storage life of rubber products,but also guides the storage environment and provides a reference for the service life of rubber products.
