摘要 液体流量计种类繁多,在液体流量计校准时,对流量计的接线方式、校准方式和数据处理等各有区别。为解决目前液体流量校准装置在信息化和智能化水平低的问题,为提高液体流量校准装置使用的决策准确性并降低员工培训难度,为提高液体流量校准装置数据自动化处理水平减少校准等待周期,设计了液体流量校准应用集成平台。通过建立基于Web的液体流量校准装置专家系统提高决策的准确性;通过Web方式提高平台访问的便捷性;同时还提供液体流量计校准相关规程和案例的学习与测试功能,以提高平台使用性。该应用集成平台现已集成了液体流量计校准业务相关的功能,提供开展工作的基础应用服务功能,能有效协助装置使用人员降低约40%的决策失误率和缩短约30%的等待周期。 There are many kinds of liquid flowmeter,which can be used to calibrate the liquid flow meter,which is different from the way of connection,calibration and data processing. In order to solve the liquid flow calibration device in information and intelligent level is low,to improve the decision accuracy of liquid flow calibration device for use and reduce employee training difficulty,and to improve the liquid flow calibration device for automatic data processing and calibration level to reduce the waiting period,the liquid flow calibration application integration platform is designed. Through the establishment of liquid flow calibration device of the Web expert system to improve the accuracy of decision-making based on improved convenience; platform accessed through Web; also provided learning and testing function of liquid flowmeter calibration procedures and related cases,so as to improve the use of platform. The application integration platform has been integrated the function of liquid flowmeter calibration related business,to provide the basis of the work application service function,which can effectively help reduce personnel device using decision error rate of about 40% and about 30% of the waiting period is shortened.
