大跨度叠合梁斜拉桥施工阶段极限承载力研究 被引量:8

摘要 为研究大跨度叠合梁斜拉桥施工阶段极限状态下的受力性能和破坏机理,以西固黄河大桥主桥为背景,采用ANSYS软件建立全桥有限元模型,计算该桥在最大双悬臂、最大单悬臂和二期恒载等典型施工阶段的非线性稳定安全系数,分析结构在各施工阶段的斜拉索应力、塔梁连接处Mises应力和塔顶、主梁跨中的荷载~位移曲线。结果表明:该桥各典型施工阶段的非线性稳定安全系数均满足不小于2的设计要求;当主桥达到极限承载力时,部分斜拉索先破断,破坏过程合理;最大双悬臂施工阶段桥塔整体未达到屈服状态,最大单悬臂施工阶段和二期恒载施工阶段塔梁连接处出现塑性区;塔顶和主梁跨中的荷载~位移曲线具有显著的非线性效应。 To study the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of long span composite beam cable-stayed bridge under the ultimate bearing capacity at construction stages,the main bridge of the Xigu Huanghe River Bridge was selected as an example and the finite element model for the whole bridge of the bridge was set up,using the ANSYS software.The nonlinear stability safety factors of the typical construction stages,such as the longest two-side cantilever,the longest one-side cantilever and the second phase dead load,were calculated.At the same time,the stresses of the stay cables,the Mises stress of the connection location between the main beam and apylon and the load^displacement curves of the pylon top and midspan of the main beam at each construction stage were analyzed.The results show that the nonlinear stability safety factors of each typical construction stage can meet the design requirement of not less than 2.When the main bridge is in the state of the ultimate bearing capacity,part of the cables is broken and the failure process is reasonable.At the longest two-side cantilever construction stage,the pylon does not reach the yield state as a whole.At the longest one-side cantilever construction stage and the second phase dead load construction stage,the plastic area is observed at the connection location between the main beam and pylon and there are notable nonlinear effects on the load^displacement curves of the pylon top and midspan of the main beam.
