摘要
目的观察针刺颈项九针合补肾活血中药内服治疗老年性耳聋的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法将80例老年性耳聋患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用西医常规方法治疗,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上给予针刺颈项九针合补肾活血内服治疗,共治疗4周。观察2组临床症状、生活质量及血液流变学改善状况,并评估疗效。结果治疗后2组耳聋、夜尿频多、眩晕、虚烦失眠、耳鸣、舌象评分均显著下降(P均<0.05),且观察组评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后2组总体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、精神健康、活力、情感职能、生理职能及生理功能评分均明显升高(P均<0.05),全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原以及红细胞聚集指数均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺颈项九针合补肾活血中药内服治疗老年性耳聋能显著改善患者的临床症状及血液流变学指标,促进患者听力恢复,从而提高患者的生活质量,不失为临床治疗老年性耳聋的一种有效方法。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of acupuncture neck of nine needles combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on senile deafness and its influence on the quality of life. Methods Eighty cases of senile deafness were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. On the basis of Western medicine routine treatment, the observation group was given acupuncture neck of nine needles combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction for oral for 4 weeks. The improvement of clinical symptoms, quality of life and hemorheology of the 2 groups were observed, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results The scores of deafness, frequent urination, dizziness, asthenia and insomnia, tinnitus, and tongue were significantly decreased in the 2 groups after treatment （ all P 〈 0.05） , and the improvement of the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of general health, bodily pain, social functioning, mental health, vitality, role-emotional, role-physical and physiological functioning of the 2 groups were significantly increased （ all P 〈 0.05） , the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematoerit, fibrinogen and erythroeyte aggregation index were significantly decreased （ all P 〈 0.05） , and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture neck of nine needles combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction is an effective way to treat senile deafness, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and hemorheology of patients, promoting patients＇ hearing recovery, in order to improve the quality of life of the patients.
