摘要
喷雾器械对农药的沉积量有较大影响,为研究喷雾器械对沉积量和防效的影响,本研究以20%吡虫啉可溶液剂为供试药剂,分别采用电动喷雾器、热雾机、静电喷雾器和手动喷雾器4种器械在温室大棚中施药,比较单位番茄叶面积上药剂的沉积量,并调查各处理对白粉虱防效。结果表明,当吡虫啉有效施用剂量为40.5g/hm^2时,采用热雾机和静电喷雾器施药,吡虫啉的原始沉积量分别比电动喷雾器施药高51.92%和46.63%,比手动喷雾器高61.64%和56.01%。当药剂施用量相同时,采用热雾机和静电喷雾器喷施吡虫啉防治温室白粉虱,药后1,3,7d各处理的防效均优于采用电动喷雾器和手动喷雾器施药。药后3d,各剂量处理防效为7d内防效最大值,当吡虫啉有效剂量为40.5g/hm^2时,热雾机和静电喷雾器施药处理对白粉虱的防效分别为70.55%和71.92%,显著高于电动喷雾器和手动喷雾器的57.9%和54.22%。由此可见,喷雾器械、沉积量和防效三者之间密切相关,就这4种器械而言,在大棚中建议使用热力烟雾机和静电喷雾器。
Different sprayers have great effects on deposit of pesticides.To definite the sprayer effect to deposition and control efficacy,20% imidacloprid SL was sprayed by 4 different sprayers which were power sprayer,thermal fogger,electrodyne and Knapsack Sprayers.Then,the deposition on tomato leaf and control efficacy to white fly were analysed.The results showed that the deposition sprayed by thermal fogger and electrodyne were respectively51.92% and 46.63% higher than the power sprayer,meanwhile it is 61.64% and 56.01%higher than Knapsack Sprayers when the effective dose is 40.5 g/hm^2.In addition,in same effective dose,the control effect of thermal fogger and electrodyne were obviously higher than power sprayer or knapsack sprayers in 1,3,7 dafter spraying.The control effect of 3 dwas higher than 1 dand 7 d.When the effective dose was 40.5 g/hm^2,the control effect of thermal fogger and electrodyne were 70.55% and 71.92%,respectively,while power sprayer and Knapsack Sprayers were 57.9% and 54.22%,and the two former was obviously higher than the latter two.It showed that there was a closely relationship among sprayer,deposition quantity and control efficacy.we suggest that it is preferable to use thermal fogger or electrodyne in greenhouse.
