摘要
TEMPO(2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧基)被证明可以用于乳酸的电催化氧化反应,电氧化峰值电流密度随水溶液pH升高而增大,同一条件下,4-乙酰氨基-TEMPO对L-乳酸的电催化能力强于TEMPO,这可以归结于乙酰氨基官能团的吸电子能力。同时,由于可能的位阻效应,TEMPO对L-乳酸的电催化能力大于其对D-乳酸的电氧化能力。
It is proved that TEMPO can be used for electrocatalytic oxidation of lactic acid,electrooxidation current densities increase with the rising of pH,under the same condition,4-acetamino-TEMPO shows higher electrocatalytic ability toward L-lactic acid than TEMPO,this may caused by the electron-withdrawing ability of the acetamino group. Meanwhile,due to possible steric effect,L-lactic acid can be electrooxidized easier by TEMPO compared with DL-lactic acid.
