摘要
产业政策对产业经济发展产生影响的程度、方向还存在一定争议。本课题通过梳理印染行业1952~2015年的产能及相关政策,探讨二者之间的耦合关系。基于此,又分析了我国印染行业当前存在的问题,提出了政策走向建议。
There are still some disputes on the degree and direction of industrial policy affecting the development of industrial economy.By untangling the related policies of the printing and dyeing industry in 1952~2015,we discuss the coupling relationship between the mentioned above,and finds that there is a coupling relationship between the industrial policy and the printing and dyeing industry from a macro perspective.Based on this,the problems existing in the printing and dyeing industry in China are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.
