摘要
目的探讨肠道行舟方加减治疗慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年9月我院收治的120例CFC患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组口服福松,观察组在对照组基础上加用肠道行舟方加减治疗。比较治疗前、后两组患者血清NO、生长抑素水平、临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.66%,明显高于对照组的78.34%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清NO、生长抑素水平均显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肠道行舟方加减治疗CFC临床疗效确切,无严重不良反应,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Changdao Xingzhou decoction in treating chronic functional constipation（CFC）. Methods From January 2015 to September 2017, 120 CFC patients in our hospital were enrolled as the study objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Forlax, and the observation group added Changdao Xingzhou decoction based on the control group. The levels of serum NO and somatostatin before and after treatment, clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.66%,which was higher than 78.34% in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of serum NO and somatostatin in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Changdao Xingzhou decoction in the treatment of CFC has significant clinical effect, with less adverse reactions. It is a safe and effective treatment scheme, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
