摘要
隔河岩电厂于2013年至2017年间完成了计算机监控系统改造,同步完成了二次安全防护、时钟同步、不间断电源以及调度自动化数据网的系统建设。在系统工程改造与建设中,尽力使新旧系统的并列兼容运行、改造设备和运行设备的顺利过渡与合理衔接、对新系统软硬件优化设计和技术创新,通过精心组织保障了系统改造建设实施的顺利进行,确保了运行设备的发电安全。
From 2013 to 2017,the supervisory control and data acquisition system( SCADA) in Geheyan Hydropower Plant was renovated. At the same time,the secondary security protection system,clock synchronization,uninterruptible power supply( UPS),and dispatching automation data network were constructed. To ensure the power generation safety of the devices,the renovation and construction work is well organized. The parallel and compatible operation of the old and new systems are emphasized. The smooth transition and reasonable connection of the renovated devices and the operating devices are ensured. Also,optimization and technical renovation of the hardware and software in the new systems are carried out.
