摘要
为了提高工件装夹过程的精密化和高效化,考虑以往通过反复试切削工件确定夹具的定位精度,提出了一种数控机床夹具工艺系统基准点确定的改进方法及后续工艺系统与数控编程的调试方案。在夹具与主轴垂直的平面内,选取适当的位置作为定位基准点,移动机床主轴轴心并利用千分表确定基准点的位置坐标,修改数控系统中工件坐标系偏移量参数,确认基准点在机床新的工件坐标系下的坐标值,进而以该基准点来建立工件的加工坐标系,并根据制定的切削精度标准编写并调试数控程序。经过改进的夹具,不仅能弥补传统夹具带来的不足,而且能够节约大量人力物力节省成本,为企业带来明显的经济效益。响应"绿色制造"号召的同时为夹具的进一步优化设计打下基础。
In order to improve the precision and efficiency of workpiece clamping process,considering the previous positioning accuracy of fixture determined by repeated cutting workpiece,an improved base point of CNC tool fixture is proposed and debugging programs for processing and programming are also given.In the vertical plane between the clamp and spindle,the appropriate position is selected as the positioning reference point. Moving the spindle axis of the machine tool and using micrometer determine position coordinates of reference point,then the working coordinate system of the workpiece is designed with the reference point. And compile and debug numerical control program according to the standard of cutting precision. The improved fixture can not only make up for the shortage of the traditional fixture,but also save a lot of manpower and material resources,save costs,and bring obvious economic benefits for the enterprise. In response to the " green manufacturing " call as well as it lays the foundation for the further optimization design of the fixture.
