摘要
目的开发一种适合实验动物设施废气处理的设备,并通过实地应用验证效果。方法研发制造基于Mn Ox-Ti O2光催化和气液扰流工艺的废气处理设备,安装于西安某实验动物设施楼面,按照国家标准规定的方法,选取氨、硫化氢、臭气浓度三个指标,对比处理前后污染物的厂界浓度、排风口浓度和排放量。结果经过光催化和气液扰流处理后,氨、硫化氢、臭气的厂界浓度明显降低,清除率分别为96.9%、95.8%、94.0%;污染物排气口浓度和排放量明显降低,所测指标均低于《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-93)相应限值规定。结论基于新型光催化和气液扰流技术的废气处理设备,可以有效清除实验动物设施排放的主要恶臭污染,减少对周边环境的影响。
Objective To design and manufacture exhaust treatment equipment for laboratory animal facilities and determine its actual effectiveness. Methods The exhaust treatment equipment was developed and manufactured based on both Mn Ox-Ti O2 photocatalysis and gas-liquid turbulence. On the roof of a laboratory animal facility in Xian,the equipment was evaluated regarding the capacities for NH3,H2 S,and stench clearance according to national standards. Results The equipment clearly decreased the concentrations of NH3,H2 S,and stench at both boundary and exhaust port. Conclusions The exhaust treatment equipment based on photocatalysis and gas-liquid turbulence effectively eliminated the main odorous pollutants exhausted by laboratory animal facilities.
