新教师资格证考试背景下高师院校统考培训的探索与反思——以马鞍山师专为例 被引量:3

摘要 幼儿园教师资格证考试改革的正式实施给高师院校学前专业带来压力,通过统考培训中的调查发现,师范生对教师资格证统考缺乏主动认识,在教师资格证统考中普遍需要得到帮助,但统考培训受到多因素制约。而依据教师资格证统考模块要求调整人才培养计划,改革专业课程设置,丰富公共基础课设置,充实专业实践教学有利于将幼儿园教师资格证统考内容渗透到专业人才培养计划中,即达到"课证融合"。 The formal implementation of the reform at kindergarten teacher qualification certificate examination brings pressure to the preschool education major in higher normal colleges.By taking our school-Ma-anshan Advanced Normal College as an example and through the unified examination training,it is found that the normal college students lack awareness of the teacher qualification examination,and generally they need to get help,but the unified examination training is restricted by many factors.The teacher qualification examination modules require to adjust talent training programs,make reforms at professional curriculum settings,and enrich the public basic courses;to enrich professional practice teaching is conducive to infiltrating the unified exam content into the professional training program,namely to achieving "the integration of courses and certificates."
