摘要
目的分析对阴道松弛患者采用阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法治疗的疗效。方法选取60例于2017年1月至2018年1月来我院就诊的阴道松弛患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组应用阴道黏膜后壁切除术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用埋没引线缝合法治疗,比较两组术后阴道松弛程度及女性性功能量表(FSFI)评分。结果对比术前两组患者的轻度、中度及重度阴道松弛的发生率,无明显差异(P>0.05);对比术后两组患者的轻度、中度及重度阴道松弛的发生率,差异明显(P<0.05)。手术前两组患者女性性功能量表(FSFI)总分比较无差异(P>0.05);手术后观察组患者的FSFI总分提高优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于阴道松弛患者的治疗采用阴道后壁黏膜切除联合埋没引线缝合法,临床疗效显著,可提高患者的性生活质量。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of vaginal posterior wall mucosal resection combined with buried suture suture in patients with vaginal relaxation. Methods Sixty patients with vaginal relaxation who came to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. The control group was treated with posterior wall resection of vaginal mucosa, and the observation group was treated with buried lead suture on the basis of the control group, and the degree of vaginal relaxation and the female sexual function scale（FSFI） score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of mild, moderate and severe vaginal relaxation in the two groups before operation（P〈0.05）, and the incidence of mild, moderate and severe vaginal relaxation in the two groups after the operation was significantly different（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in the total score of female sexual function scale（FSFI） in the two groups before operation（P〈0.05）, and the total score of FSFI in the observation group after operation was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of vagina laxity patients by resection of the posterior wall of vagina combined with buried suture is effective, which can improve the quality of sexual life of the patients.
