摘要
数控实践课程是专业技能很强的课程,是高校金工实践教学体系的重要组成部分。根据数控实践教学课程的特点,针对本校数控车床实践教学现状及存在的问题,结合人才培养计划,提出了项目教学法、虚拟仿真系统合一的实践教学模式。实践证明,此教学模式不仅激发了学生学习兴趣,培养了学生的创新意识和综合工程实践能力,还根据学生学习情况制定了评分标准,实践教师在此过程中也提高了教学水平。此项改革取得了良好的教学效果。
Numerical control practice course is a very strong professional skills curriculum, is an im- portant component of metalworking practice teaching system in colleges and universities. According to the characteristics of NC practice teaching, aiming at teaching situation of NC practice of our school and the existing problems, combined with the talent training plan, proposed the project teaching method, virtual simulation system of the practical teaching mode. Practice has proved that this teaching mode not only stimulates the students' interest in learning, but also trains the students' innovative con- sciousness and comprehensive engineering practice ability. At the same time, according to the students' learning situation, the scoring standard was established. This reform has achieved good teaching resuhs in teaching.
