摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在骨科护理安全管理中的应用价值及效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年5月我院骨科收治的816患者实施精细化管理,2012年6月~2013年5月收治的804例患者未实施精细化管理进行比较分析,采用实施精细化管理前后综合护理质量、护理不良事件的发生率、患者对护理工作的满意度等进行测评的方法,评价精细化管理在护理安全管理中的作用。结果与精细化管理实施前比较,护理人员整体护理、病室管理、基础护理、护理文件、院内感染、健康教育、护理差错评分在精细化管理实施后显著升高(P<0.05),患者跌倒/坠床、给药错位、压疮、管路实施意外、置管感染、深静脉栓塞形成、输液反应、抢救不到位等不良事件发生率显著降低(P<0.05),患者满意率显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科护理安全管理中实施精细化管理,能提高综合护理质量,减少不良护理事件的发生,提高患者对护理工作满意度,促进骨科护理工作在安全有序中发展。
Objective To explore the application value and effect of fine management in orthopedic nursing safety administration. Methods A total of 816 patients from June 2013 to May 2014 were admitted to our departmental with finemanagement compared with 804 patients who did not undergo intensive management from June 2012 to May 2013. Thequality of comprehensive care, the incidence of adverse events, the patient's satisfaction for nursing work were evaluated the role of nursing safety management in the implementation of fine management before and after the fine management. Results The nursing staff's overall nursing, ward management, basic nursing, nursing documents, nosocomial infections, health education and nursing error scores after fine management were significantly increased compared withthe pre-implementation (P〈0.05), and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that before implementation (P〈0.05). Patient satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that before the implementation of fine management,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of fine management in orthopedic care can improve the quality of comprehensive nursing, reduce the occurrence of bad care events, improve patientsatisfaction with nursing work and promote the development of orthopedic nursing work in safe and orderly manner.
