摘要
目的探究早期心理护理干预对老年慢性心衰(CHF)患者心理状态的影响效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2018年1月收治的CHF老年患者80例,将其依据住院时间不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理模式,给予观察组早期心理护理干预,比较两组护理前后心理状态变化。采用焦虑(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者的心理状态进行评分,比较两组护理满意度。结果护理前,两组的SAS、SDS评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理实施后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组降低幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组护理满意度的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理干预对改善老年CHF患者的心理状态具有积极作用,能明显缓解患者的心理压力,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To explore the effect of early psychological nursing intervention on the mental state in elderlypatients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods A total of 80 CHF patients in our hospital from January 2016 toJanuary 2018 here selected. According to different hospitalization time, they were equally divided into control groupand observation group, 40 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing was used, while in the observationgroup, early psychological nursing intervention was adopted. The changes of psychological status before and after nursing in CHF patients in the two groups were compared. The psychological state of the patients was scored using the anxiety and depression scales, and the nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological scores between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the psychological status of the two groups were both improved, but better in the observation group, which was displayed a statistical difference after inter-group comparison, the difference was statistically sighificant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction inthe observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 70.00%, the difference was statistically sighificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of early nursing intervention has a positive effect onimproving the psychological state of elderly CHF patients, and can significantly enhance the mental stress of patients ina broad prospect.
