摘要
针对大部分油井存在管柱变形、封隔器老化引起配产管柱封堵失效等问题,研制了小直径直读电动验封仪,用于油井多级井下配产器验封。该验封仪通过电缆下入到配产器中,直接利用配产器的测试通道作为密封面,经由电缆供电、传送指令和信号,采用电机驱动压缩和拉伸形变皮瓦实现坐封和解封,以地面直读方式实时观测验封效果。在室内实验中,压力测试曲线与压力变化呈较好的线性关系,表明该验封仪坐封效果良好。现场试验结果表明,该验封仪操作简单,一次下井完成单井多层段实时验封,满足油井多级井下测控配产技术对配产井的验封需求。
The phenomenon of the pipe string deformation and the packer aging exists in most of the high water cut wells, which will cause the pipe plugging failure. A small diameter direct reading electric check-sealing tool is developed. The new check-sealing tool is sent down the production allocation device through the logging cable, and the test channel of production allocation device is used as the sealing sur- face. The power supply, the instruction and the signal transmission are completed through the logging cable. The compression and tension of the deformation rubber packer cup are driven by the motor to complete sealing and unsealing. The real-time sealing effect can be observed on the ground. The simulating experiments show that the pressure test curve has a good linear relationship with the pressure change, which shows that the check-sealing tool has good sealing effect. The results of field test show that the new cheek-sealing tool is easy to operate, and the muhi-layer real time check-sealing can be completed during one time tool downhole trip. The check-sealing tool can meet the re- quirements of multilevel measuring and controlling production allocation technology of the oil well.
