摘要
目的:探讨COPD新的管理方法,减低COPD患者连续性住院率。方法:将出院后的258例COPD患者分为干预组和对照组进行管理。干预组通过医患二次诊疗移动平台对129例出院的COPD患者进行管理,对照组用传统方法管理。1年后对两组患者的FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC、CAT评分、再住院的人数进行比较。结果:两组随访1年后干预组FEV1%预计值、FEV1/FVC较对照组显著性提高,(t分别为12.626、12.273,均P<0.05)。干预组随访1年后患者CAT评分较同期对照组低(t=13.086,P<0.05)。干预组随访1年因加重导致再住院的人数22人,占17.05%,对照组65人,占50.38%,差异显著(χ~2=5.96,P<0.05)。结论:利用智能手机通过医患二次诊疗移动平台管理COPD患者的新方法能够改善COPD患者的生存质量,减少再住院次数。
Objective: To explore the new management methods of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to reduce the continuous hospitalization rate of COPD. Methods:For management, 258 patients with COPD after discharge were divided into two groups: intervention group and control group. In intervention group, the doctor-patient secondary diagnosis and treatment mobile platform was used to administrate 129 COPD patients who were discharged from the hospital, and the control group was managed by traditional methods. One year later, the FEVI% prediction value, FEV1/FVC, CAT score and number of hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results: After 1 year of lbllow-up, FEVI% and FEV1/FVC in the intervention group were signilicantly higher than that in the control group (t = 12.626, 12.273, P〈0.05). The CAT score was lower than that in the control group after 1 year of follow-up(t = 13.086, P〈0.05). The number of patients who were followed up lor 1 year by the intervention group was 22, accounting lor 17.05%, and the control group was 65, accounting lor 50.38%, and there was signilicant difference (X2= 5.96, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The new method of using the smart phone to administrate the patients with COPD through the second diagnosis and treatment mobile platform of doctors and patients improved the quality of life of patients with COPD and reduced the number of readmission, was worth promoting.
