摘要
探索千层金精油浸提的最优条件。以千层金精油的提取率为响应值,在单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Benhnken设计优化千层金精油浸提工艺。千层金精油提取的最佳工艺条件为浸提时间为3.2h、料液比为0.05、浸提转速为180r/s,千层金精油的提取率为7.95%。该工艺条件稳定可靠,可为千层金精油提取工业化提供理论基础。
Explore the optimum extraction conditions of Melaleuca Bracteata. optimize the extraction process of the refined oil by Box-Benhnken based on the single factor experiment. The optimum extraction conditions were 3. 2 h,0. 05,180 r/s,and 7. 95%extraction rate. The technological conditions are stable and reliable,which can provide the theoretical basis for the industrialization of the extraction of gold oil.
