摘要
运用正交实验法对碳化法制备轻质碳酸钙实验中碳化温度、碳化气体流量、Ca(OH)_2浓度、外加剂掺量对轻质碳酸钙粒度分布的影响进行研究。实验结果表明Ca(OH)_2浓度是影响轻质碳酸钙平均粒径的主要因素,碳化反应温度是影响颗粒均匀性系数的主要因素。在碳化温度50℃,碳化气体流量10 L·min^(-1),Ca(OH)_2浓度为20 g·L^(-1),外加剂柠檬酸钠添加量为0.1%的情况下,制得的轻质碳酸钙钙平均粒径为4.623μm,均匀性系数为8.297。
An orthogonal experiment was designed to do the research on the particle size distribution of light calcium carbonate prepared by carbonization method which investigated four experimental conditions,including carbonation temperature,the gas flow rate,the concentration of Ca( OH)2 and content of additive. The results showed that the concentration of Ca(OH)2 was the major factor for the average particle size of light calcium carbonate and the carbonation temperature played a primary role in the uniformity coefficient. The optimum conditions were as follows: the carbonation temperature was 50℃,the flow rate of CO2 was10 L·min^-1,the initial Ca( OH)2 concentration was 20 g·L^-1 and 0. 1% sodium citrate was added. The average particle size of light calcium carbonate under the optimum conditions was 4. 623μm,the uniformity coefficient was 8. 297.
