电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海带中微量元素 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用微波消解法处理不同产地的海带样品,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法对样品中的13种微量元素进行分析。结果表明,在优化的试验条件下,各元素方法检出限可达到1.56~6.25μg/kg。研究发现,海带中含有大量的人体必需元素,如钾、镁、钙、磷、锰、硒、铁、锌等,同时也检测到海带中含有一定量的有害重金属元素,如镉、砷、铅、汞、铬等;同时,不同浸洗时间对降低有害重金属含量具有积极的影响。 The kelp samples from different habitats were treated by microwave digestion in this paper.The 13 trace elements in the samples were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results showed that under the optimized experimental conditions,the detection limit of each element method could reach 1.56-6.25 μg/kg.The study found that kelp contained a large amount of essential elements such as potassium,magnesium,calcium,phosphorus,manganese,selenium,iron and zinc.It also detected that kelp contained a certain amount of harmful heavy metal elements such as cadmium,arsenic,lead,mercury and chromium.Dipping at different times had a positive effect on reducing harmful heavy metal content.
