摘要
目的:回顾性分析他汀类药物在预防早期非小细胞肺癌术后静脉血栓形成的临床疗效及安全性。方法:收集本院2014年6月~2017年6月早期非小细胞肺癌行肺叶切除术+淋巴结清扫术患者临床资料,其中术前规律服用他汀类药物患者249例,根据年龄、性别、体重、肺癌分期、手术方式将未服用他汀类药物患者配对249例为对照组,比较2组术后静脉血栓发生情况。并对肺癌术后静脉血栓形成的危险因素进行回归分析。结果:2组患者在术前基线资料、手术方式、术后并发症方面无明显差异。他汀组静脉血栓发生率(17/249)显著低于对照组(32/249,P<0.05)。患者术前是否使用低分子肝素、是否使用他汀类药物与术后静脉血栓形成显著相关(均P<0.05)。结论:使用他汀类药物可降低早期非小细胞肺癌患者术后静脉血栓的发生率。
To assess the association between statin therapy and VTE in early stage non-small cell lung cancer patients underwent lobectomy.nethods:We conducted a retrospective review of patients who un- derwent lobectomy for NSCLC based on information collected from the patient medical records between June 2014 and June 2017.Totally 249 patients took statin before surgery were classified into group of statin.After matched for the age,gender,body weight,stage of tumor and surgical approach,249 patients who did not took statin before surgery were classified into group of control.Demographic and preoperative clinical characteristics and adverse postoperative outcomes were collected.The incidence of VTE between groups were compared,and the risk of VTE after surgery was assessed using regression analysis.Results:There were no significantly differ- ences in demographic and preoperative clinical characteristics between the two groups.There were 17 and 32 cases of patients who developed venous thromboembolism after surgery in groups of statin and control,re- spectively.The incidence of VTE was lower in group of statin before surgery compared with that in group of control (P〈0.05).Preoperative use of low molecular heparin and statin drugs were protective factors for postoperative venous thrombosis(all P〈0.05).Conclusion:Statin therapy may reduce the risk of VTE,and statin therapy has a better effect for the prevention of postoperative complications.
