摘要
根据水电站压力钢管及蜗壳用钢特点,通过化学成分设计,以及冶炼、水冷模浇铸、轧制、热处理工艺的设计,开发出具有低碳(不大于0.09%)、低碳当量(不大于0.52%)、低焊接裂纹敏感性指数(不大于0.25%)和良好低温冲击韧性的780MPa级Q690CFE钢板,其微观组织为索氏体+贝氏体回火组织。
According to the characteristics of steel pipe and spiral case of hydropower station,the 780 MPa grade high strength steel plate was developed with low carbon content(no more than 0.09%),low carbon equivalent(no more than 0.52%),low welding crack sensitivity(no more than 0.52%),and good low temperature impact toughness.This Q690CFE plate had the microstructure of sorbite and tempered bainite.
