摘要
关于酒精性肝病的治疗,卢秉久教授独创"分期论治"大法。酒精性肝病临床分为"酒痞""酒癖""酒臌"三个阶段,"酒痞"多"湿热内蕴",治以"清热利湿,健脾解酒"为原则;"酒癖"多"气滞血瘀",治以"活血化瘀,理气化痰"为原则;"酒臌"阶段多正气亏虚,治以"扶正祛邪,治病求本"为原则。治疗上根据病情进展程度分期,采取清热利湿、活血化瘀、扶正祛邪之法,众法合一,在临床应用中疗效良好。
About the treatment of alcoholic liver disease,Professor LU Bingjiu created the＂phased treatment＂method.The clinical of alcoholic liver disease is divided into three stages：＂wine ruffian＂,＂liquor addiction＂and＂wine heave＂.＂Wine ruffian＂is＂moisture and heat inside＂.It is governed by＂clearing heat and dampness,invigorating spleen and relieving alcohol＂.＂liquor addiction＂is more＂qi stagnation and blood stasis＂,and the principle of＂activating blood to dissipate blood stasis and resolving phlegm＂is the principle.＂wine heave＂stage is more serious deficiency,treatment and treatment.The principle of treatment is to strengthen the qi and dispel the evil and cure the disease.According to the degree of disease progression,we should take the method of clearing away heat and promoting dampness,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,strengthening the vital energy and eliminating pathogenic factors.
