摘要
目的 对小肝癌患者实施能谱CT诊断过程中优质护理干预的效果进行分析探究.方法 选取2014年12月—2016年12月在北京协和医学院肿瘤医院接受能谱CT实施诊断的90例小肝癌患者,2014年12月—2015年12月为护理干预前,2016年1—12月为护理干预后,每组患者45例.实施前给予常规护理,实施后采用优质护理干预措施,对比分析实施护理干预前、后患者诊断的准确性和多期检查统一性及患者在检查过程紧张、恐惧心理.结果 干预后患者诊断的准确性（91.11％）与干预前准确性（62.22.％）相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.干预后患者多期扫描的一致性（95.6％）与干预前一致性（86.7％）比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.干预后患者检查中的紧张、恐惧心理（44.4％）与干预前（73.3％）比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 对小肝癌患者实施能谱CT诊断过程中运用优质护理干预的效果显著,提高诊断准确性,减轻患者的紧张、恐惧心理,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To explore the effects of high-quality nursing intervention in small hepatocellular carcinoma patients who undergoing spectral CT diagnosis. Methods A total of 90 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent spectral CT diagnosis in cancer hospital were collected in this study. Patients who underwent spectral CT from December 2014 to December 2015 were within the control group （n=45） and received routine nursing care. The other patients who had spectral CT during 2016 were in the intervention group （n=45） and received high-quality care. The accuracy of diagnosis and the consistency of muhiphase examination were compared between two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher in the intervention group compared with the control group （91.11% vs. 62.22%, P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in the consistency of multiphase scanning between two groups （95.6% vs. 86.7%, P 0.05）. Moreover, patients in the intervention group had significantly less tension and fear compared with patients in the control group （44.4% vs. 73.3%, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The high-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and relieve the tension and fear in patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma. It is worthy of clinical application.
