奶牛舍气溶胶微生物监测及环境影响因素分析 被引量:6

Monitoring of Aerosol Microorganism in Cowsheds and Analysis of Environmental Factors

摘要 采用ANDERSEN-6级空气微生物样品收集器在4个不同饲养阶段奶牛舍(A、B、C、D)内采集微生物气溶胶样本,通过测定牛舍环境中微生物气溶胶含量及其在ANDERSEN-6级采样器上的分布,分析环境因素与气载微生物含量的相关性,推断其对从业人员及牛体自身可能造成的危害。结果表明:不同饲养阶段牛舍环境中气载需氧菌含量存在一定差异,牛舍D(犊牛舍)内浓度最高,为3 484~3 596 CFU/m3,而在牛舍A(泌乳高峰期)内浓度最低,为1 332~1 434 CFU/m3。气载真菌在牛舍C(育成期)内浓度最高,为1 954~2 296 CFU/m3;在牛舍D(犊牛舍)内浓度最低,为1 742~1 791 CFU/m3,且二者差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,研究发现在不同饲养阶段的牛舍内气载微生物浓度与环境因子之间的相关性存在明显差异。研究结果对不同饲养阶段牛舍内改善和疾病预防具有一定的参考意义。 Samples of aerosol microorganism were collected in four cowsheds( A,B,C D) at different feeding stages by six-stage ANDERSEN microorganism samples for detecting the concentrations of microorganism aerosol and its distribution in each stage of ANDERSEN-6 sampler and analyzing the correlation between environmental factors and airborne microbe content,to deduce the possible harm to the employees and the cattle themselves. The results showed that there was difference in the content of airborne aerobic bacteria in cowsheds at different feeding stages. And the highest concentrations of microbiological aerosol in calf shed were 3 484—3 596 CFU/m3,the lowest concentrations in lactation peak cowshed were 1 332—1 434 CFU/m3. And the highest concentrations of fungi aerosol in breeding period were 1 954—2 296 CFU/m3,the lowest in calf shed were1 742—1 791 CFU/m3,and the difference was significant( P0. 05). In addition,the correlation between the concentrations of airborne microorganisms and environmental factors in cowsheds at dif-ferent feeding stages was also found to be different. The results of this study have certain reference significance for improving the environment and disease prevention in cowsheds at different feeding stages.
