摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与P73、核因子kb(NF-kb)、性别决定相关基因簇2(SOX2)表达及临床病理特征的相关性,为胃癌的临床干预提供参考。方法选取2016年6月-2016年12月于医院诊治的胃癌患者60例,以Giemsa染色法检测病变组织是否有Hp感染,以免疫组化法检测组织中P73、NF-kb、SOX2的表达。观察分析患者Hp感染状况,病变组织中P73、NF-kb、SOX2的表达。结果 Hp感染阳性率75.00%,P73表达阳性率53.33%,NF-kb表达阳性率51.67%,SOX2表达阳性率11.67%;Hp感染患者P73、NFkb、SOX2表达阳性率分别为64.44%、64.44%、4.44%,无Hp感染患者P73、NF-kb、SOX2表达阳性率分别为20.00%、13.33%、33.33%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者Hp感染率88.24%高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者的57.69%(P<0.05),T1+T2组Hp感染率65.79%低于T3+T4组的90.91%(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者Hp感染与P73、NF-kb表达均高于无Hp感染患者,SOX2表达低于无Hp感染者,Hp感染与临床分期及组织浸润深度关系密切,Hp感染可能通过诱发P73、NF-kb、SOX2异常表达参与了胃癌的发生及发展。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and expressions of P73,nuclear factor kB(NF-kb),sex related gene cluster 2(SOX2)and clinical pathological features in gastric cancer patients,so as to provide references for clinical intervention of gastric cancer.METHODS Selected total of60 cases of patients with gastric cancer from Jun.2016 to Dec.2016 were selected.Giemsa staining method was used to detect the presence of HP infection in the diseased tissues.The expressions of P73,NF-kb and SOX2 in tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The HP infection and the expressions of P73,NF-kb and SOX2 in the lesion tissues were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The HP infection rate was 75.00%,P73 positive rate was 53.33%,NF-kb positive rate was 51.67%,and SOX2 positive rate was 11.67%.The positive expressions of P73,NF-kb and SOX2 in patients with HP infection were 64.44%,64.44% and 4.44%,and the positive expressions of P73,NF-kb and SOX2 in patients without HP infection were 20.00%,13.33%,33.33%,and the differences were significant(P〈0.05).The HP infection rate was 88.24% of clinical stage III^IV,which was significantly higher than 57.69% of clinical stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P〈0.05),and the HP infection rate was 65.79% of depth of invasion T1+ T2,which was significantly lower than 90.91% of depth of invasion T3+ T4(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONThe P73 and NF-kb expressions of patients with HP infection were higher than those without HP infection,and SOX2 expression was lower than that without HP infection.HP infection is closely related to clinical stage and tissue infiltration depth.HP infection may be involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer by inducing abnormal expressions of P73,NF-kb and SOX2.
