摘要
底盘异响为乘用车普遍存在的问题,除了依靠有限经验在早期设计时对其进行规避外,大部分是通过不断的"实车验证→设计优化"过程进行解决。这里对各类底盘异响的产生机理进行了研究,提出了相应的设计规避措施,并在此基础上进一步地讨论了底盘异响的风险评估思路。
Chassis abnormal noise is a common problem in passenger cars, in addition to relying on limited experience to circumvent in early design, most of them are solved through the continuous process of "real vehicle verification and design optimization". This paper studies the mechanism of various chassis abnormal noise, puts forward the corresponding design evading measures, and further discusses the risk assessment thought of chassis abnormal noise.
