摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中驱动蛋白家族成员26B (KIF26B)的表达情况,分析影响乳腺癌KIF26B表达的临床病理因素.方法 选择医院2014年1月20日至2017年5月30日收治的原发性女性乳腺癌患者40 例,均行手术治疗.采用免疫组织化学法(Envision法)检测术中切除的乳腺癌组织以及瘤旁正常组织(距离肿瘤>5 cm)中KIF26B表达情况.比较癌组织和正常组织中KIF26B阳性表达率,并分析影响乳腺癌KIF26B表达的临床病理因素.结果 40 例乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中,31例乳腺癌组织中KIF26B表达阳性,阳性表达率(77.5%)高于正常乳腺组织(15.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). KIF26B表达情况与入院时月经状态、原发肿瘤大小、淋巴结状态比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素分析结果显示,入院时初始肿瘤体积大小、淋巴结转移是乳腺癌组织KIF26B阳性表达的独立影响因素(P<0.05).结论 KIF26B在乳腺癌中表达水平高于正常组织,且KIF26B高表达与患者入院时临床分期相关,入院时初始肿瘤体积较大、淋巴结转移患者乳腺癌组织中KIF26B高表达,KIF26B高表达可能是乳腺癌发生发展的重要原因.
Objective To investigate the expression of KIF26B in breast cancer, and analyze the factors affecting the expression of KIF26B in breast cancer.Methods Forty primary female breast cancer patients admitted to the People’s Hospital of Shanxi from January 20th, 2014 to May 30th, 2017 were selected and all patients were treated by surgery.The immunohistochemical method ( Envi-sion method) was used to detect the expression of KIF26B in intraoperatively resected breast cancer tis-sues and adjacent normal tissues (〉5 cm from the tumor).The positive rate of KIF26B expression in cancer tissues and normal tissues was compared, and the clinicopathological factors affecting the expres-sion of KIF26B in breast cancer were analyzed.Results Among the 40 pairs of breast cancer tissues and para-cancer tissues, 31 cases of breast cancer tissues were positive for KIF26B expression, and the positive rate was 77.5%, which was higher than that of normal breast tissues [15.0%(6/40 ) , P〈0.05].The expression of KIF26B was significantly different in the menstrual status, primary tumor size, and lymph node status at admission ( P〈0.05 ).Multivariate analysis showed that initial tumor volume and lymph node metastasis were independent influencing factors of KIF26B positive expression in breast cancer tissues( P〈0.05).Conclusions The expression of KIF26B in breast cancer is high-er than that in normal tissues, and the high expression of KIF26B is correlated with the clinical staging at admission.KIF26B is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues of patients with large initial tumor size and lymph node metastasis, and the high expression of KIF26B may be an important reason for the development of breast cancer.
