某医院全身骨密度仪建设项目职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的对某医院全身骨密度仪新建项目进行职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价,确保放射防护设施和措施符合国家相关法律、法规、规定和标准的要求,以保障放射工作人员和公众的安全。方法根据国家相关法律、法规、规定和标准的方法和要求,结合建设单位提供的资料,通过现场调查和现场检测等方法对该全身骨密度仪建设项目职业病危害放射防护控制效果进行综合分析评价。结果机房外周围剂量当量率检测结果≤2.5μSv/h,距骨密度测量仪表面1 m处辐射剂量水平≤2.5μGy/h,该全身骨密度仪建设项目职业病危害控制效果放射防护符合国家相关法律、法规、规定和标准的要求,达到竣工验收的条件。结论该全身骨密度仪建设项目可不使用带有屏蔽防护的机房。 Objective To evaluate the effect of radiation protection on the effect of occupational hazards control on the newly built project of the whole body bone densitometer in a hospital to ensure that the radiation protection facilities and measures meet the requirements of relevant state laws,regulations and standards so as to ensure the safety of the workers and the public.Methods According to the methods and requirements of relevant laws,regulations and standards of the state,combined with the information provided by the construction units,comprehensive analysis and evaluation were carried out through field investigation and field testing.Results The test results of the dose equivalent rate outside the machine room were less than 2.5 Sv/h,and the radiation dose level at the 1 m of the talus density measuring instrument was less than 2.5 Gy/h.The effect of radiation protection on occupational hazard control of the whole body bone densitometer construction project was in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws,regulations and standards of the state,and the conditions of completion acceptance were reached.Conclusion The whole body bone densitometer project can not use the computer room with shielding protection.
