摘要
介绍了常见射频能量收集技术的系统结构,对系统效率进行了分析;从能量收集频率、接收天线以及整流电路等方面,综述了能量收集技术的研究现状,对射频能量收集技术进行了总结和展望。
System structure of common RF energy harvesting technology is introduced, and efficiency of the system is analyzed. Research status of energy harvesting technology is summarized from the aspects of energy harvesting frequency, receiving antenna and rectifier circuit. RF energy harvesting technology is summarized and prospected.
