2017年福建省居民碘营养状况分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the inhabitant iodine nutrition status in Fujian Province in 2017

摘要 目的了解2017年福建省居民碘营养水平。方法以每个县(市、区)为单位按东、西、南、北、中5个方位划分5个抽样片区,在每个片区各随机抽取1个乡镇/街道,每个乡镇各抽取1所小学,每所小学抽取8-10岁非寄宿学生40人,在所抽取的每个乡镇抽取20名孕妇,采集上述学生和孕妇尿样及其家中食用盐样,检测尿碘和盐碘含量,学生甲状腺容积。结果全省调查84个县(市、区)17375名8~10岁学生甲状腺肿大率2.2%,尿碘中位数179.5μg/L,碘盐覆盖率96.5%,合格碘盐食用率94.2%,食用盐盐碘中位数23.7mg/kg。8534名孕妇尿碘中位数130.1μg/L,碘盐覆盖率97.4%,合格碘盐食用率95.6%,食用盐盐碘中位数23.8mg/kg。结论福建省食盐加碘含量调整到位,食盐加碘浓度调整5年后福建省各项指标保持"消除碘缺乏病"状态,一般人群碘营养水平处于适宜状态,但孕妇存在碘缺乏问题。 Objective To understand the iodine nutrition level of residents in Fujian Province in 2017. Methods In each county, city, district(county), 5 townships were randomly selected according to their sub-area positions of east, west, south, north and center; 1 primary school was chosen in each township by the randomized sampling method, 40 students in each school were sampled for examining their thyroid volume, tested for their urinary iodine level and for their household salt iodine level; 20 pregnant women in each township were sampled to test their urinary iodine level and their household salt iodine level. Results In total 17, 375 students aged 8 to 10 and 8,534 pregnant women were surveyed in 84 counties in Fujian Province; the students' goiter rate was 2.2% ; the MUI of students and pregnant women was179.5 txg/L and 130.1 ~g/L, respectively; The median of salt iodine of them was 23.7mg/kg and 23.8mg/kg, respectively; the national iodized salt coverage rate was 96.5 % and 97.4 %, respectively ; the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 94.2 % and 95.6 %, respectively. Conclusions Adjustment of salt iodization content was in place in Fujian Province, and 5 years after that the indicators would remain the IDD elimination state at the provincial level; the iodine nutrition level of the general population was in suitable condition, however, pregnant women were faced with iodine deficiency problems.
