摘要
依托呼和浩特市道路改扩建工程,通过在水泥稳定碎石基层材料中掺入5%水泥,再按水泥用量的0%、8%、10%、12%、14%、16%掺入SES-I型早强剂的试验中,将其在1d、2d、3d、7d养护龄期下的无侧限抗压强度试验进行对比;并研究90d养护龄期下的抗弯拉强度试验,综合得出早强剂的最佳掺入量为14%。这一试验结果表明:在水泥稳定碎石基层中掺加早强剂,可提高其早期强度,进而缩短施工工期。
Based on the road reconstruction and expansion project of Hob.hot, 5% cement was added to the cement stabilized crushed stone base material,and 0%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%,and 16% of the cement dosage was blended into the SES -I type early strength agent test,and their unconfined compressive strength tests at ld,2d,3d,Td curing age are compared. Then study the flexural strength test under curing age of 90 days, and synthetically, the best incorporation of early strength agent is 14% .The results of this test show that adding early strength agents to the mud-stabilized macadam base can increase its early strength and shorten the con- struction period.
