摘要
目的观察关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)患者的疗效。方法选择2016年3月至2017年5月绵阳市人民医院收治的KOA患者78例,按照手术方式不同划分为联合组与对照组,每组39例。联合组接受关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨术,对照组接受单纯关节镜清理术治疗,评价两组膝关节评分及疼痛评分。结果术后2、4、8个月联合组膝关节功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后联合组静息时疼痛、活动时疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜清理联合腓骨近端截骨术治疗,可改善KOA患者关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能。
Objective To explore the efficacy of arlhroscopic debridement plus proximal fibular osteotomy in knee osteoarlhritis （KOA） . Methods 78 KOA patients treated from March 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were assigned to observation group and control group according to the different surgical modes, 39 cases each group. Patients received the arthroscopic debridement plus proximal fibular os- teotomy or arlhroscopic debridement alone, respectively. The knee function scores and pain scores were evaluated. Results After 2 months, 4 months and 8 months of surgery, the knee function scores in the observation group were belter than control group （P〈0. 05） . After surgery, the pain scores during the break and activity in the observation group were belter than control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The arthroscopic de- bridement plus proximal fibular osteotomy can efficiently relieve the pain and improve the knee joint function.
