摘要
[目的]运用Delphi法建立用于评估慢性病患者医疗依从性的评价指标体系,以期为慢性病患者医疗依从性的评估提供可参考的依据。[方法]运用Delphi法构建慢性病患者医疗依从性评估指标体系,运用模糊综合评判法确定各级指标的权重系数。[结果]经过2轮专家咨询后得到专家积极系数分别为93.3%和100%,专家权威系数在0.8以上;第一轮专家意见协调系数重要性、可操作性和敏感性分别为0.436、0.418、0.437;第二轮专家意见协调系数重要性、操作性和敏感性分别为0.588、0.543、0.613,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),专家意见的协调性较好。经过2轮专家咨询后建立了共有4个一级指标与33个二级指标的慢性病患者医疗依从性评估体系,重要性、可操作性和敏感性的权重值分别为0.406、0.331、0.263。[结论]本研究所构建的慢性病患者医疗依从性评估体系具有较好的理论基础和客观性,可为提高慢性病患者医疗依从性提供评估依据。
Objective To evaluate evaluation index system for chronic diseases patients by Delphi method so as to provide reference for the evaluation of medical compliance for chronic patients. Methods The Delphi method was used to construct medical compliance evaluation index system for patients with chronic diseases. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the weight coefficients of all levels of indicators. Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficient of the expert was 93. 3% and 100% respectively,and the authority coefficient of the expert was above 0. 8. The importance,operability and sensitivity of coordination coefficient of the first round of expert opinion was 0. 436,0. 418,and 0. 437 respectively. The importance,operability,and sensitivity of the second round of expert opinion coordination coefficient was 0. 588,0. 543,and 0. 613 respectively,with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. The coordination of expert opinion was good. After 2 rounds of expert consultation,medical compliance assessment system for chronically ill patients with 4 primary indicators and33 secondary indicators was established. The weights for importance,operability,and sensitivity was 0. 406,0. 331,and 0. 263 respectively.Conclusions The medical compliance assessment system for chronic patients constructed in this study with good theoretical basis and objectivity,and can provide assessment basis for improving medical compliance of patients with chronic diseases.
