摘要
纺织布品印染是纺织品生产过程的一个主要环节,色差则是纺织品印染质量好坏的重要因素.针对纺织布品染色过程中染色不匀,在线检测效率低等问题,提出一种新的检测方法.利用CCD工业相机进行图像采集,采用图像增强、颜色量化、开闭运算和双边滤波图像处理方法提取标准图像和待检测图像的颜色特征,用CIELAB色差公式计算色差.实验结果表明,该方法在图像处理中能够有效的去除图像中与颜色无关的像素特征,减少数据处理时间,检测精度能够达到87.5%以上.
Textile fabric printing and dyeing is a main link in textile production process,and color difference is an important factor of textile printing and dyeing quality.In view of uneven dyeing and low efficiency of on-line detection,a new detection method is put forward.This study uses CCD industrial camera to collect images,adopts image enhancement,color quantization and bilateral filtering image processing methods to extract the color features of standard images and images to be detected,and then calculates the color difference by using the CIELAB color difference formula.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively remove color independent pixel features in the image processing,reduce data processing time and the accuracy of detection can reach 87.5% or more.
