摘要
目的探讨超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻拔除下颌低位阻生智齿的临床应用效果。方法将将88例患者(共120颗患牙)随机分为四组,各30例患牙。Ⅰ组:骨凿组;Ⅱ组:高速涡轮钻组;Ⅲ组:超声骨刀组;Ⅳ组:超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻组。记录手术时间、围手术期并发症,评价临床效果。结果手术时间:Ⅳ组<Ⅱ组<Ⅲ组<Ⅰ组;围手术期并发症(术后疼痛、肿胀、张口受限)发生率:Ⅳ组<Ⅲ组<Ⅱ组<Ⅰ组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声骨刀联合高速涡轮钻拔除下颌低位阻生智齿手术时间短,手术创伤小,围手术期并发症少,值得在临床广泛推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasonographic osteotome combined with high-speed turbine drilling to removel mandibular lower impacted wisdom teeth. Methods 888 patients(a total of 120 teeth) were randomly divided into four groups, each with 30 teeth. Group Ⅰ : bone chisel group; group Ⅱ : high-speed turbine drill group; group Ⅲ : ultrasonic bone knife group; group Ⅳ : ultrasonic bone knife combined with high-speed turbine drill group. To record the operation time, perioperative complications and evaluate the clinical effect. Result The operation time: group Ⅳ group Ⅱ group Ⅲ group Ⅰ; Perioperative complications(postoperative pain, swelling, mouth restriction) incidence: groupⅣ groupⅢgroupⅡ groupⅠ. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound osteotome combined with high-speed turbine drilling removal of mandibular lower impede wisdom wisdom tooth surgery time is short. It has less trauma and perioperative complications. It is widely used in clinical practice.
