摘要
金丝桃素由中草药贯叶金丝桃提取而来,药理作用显著如抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁等,也广泛应用于兽药。临床对其药理作用、提取方法、合成路线等进行了比较广泛的研究,本文对近年来金丝桃素在药理作用和制备方法等方面的最新进展进行总结,为金丝桃素的全面开发提供文献参考。
Hypericin is extracted from Hypericum perforatum,which has obvious pharmacological effects,such as antiviral,antitumor,antidepressant and so on,and is also widely used in veterinary medicine. The pharmacological effects,extraction methods and synthetic routes of hypericin have been extensively studied. The recent advances in pharmacological action and preparation of hypericin are summarized. It provides references for the comprehensive development of hypericin.
