摘要
荔枝核为我国传统中药,具有散结、理气止痛、温里祛寒的功效,尤其对睾丸肿痛、疝气痛等有显著的疗效,药用价值高。近年来有关其化学成分及药理活性方面有诸多新的发现,荔枝核中主要有黄酮类、甾体类、鞣质类、萜类、挥发油和酯类等化学成分,具有抗炎保肝、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗糖尿病及其并发症等药理活性,特别是其抗炎保肝、抗肿瘤、抗氧化药理活性及其作用机制的研究较广泛,但对其活性成分中的主要单体药效成分和其发挥药理活性的构效关系等方面研究还比较少,需做进一步系统研究。
Litchi seed is a traditional Chinese medicine in our country. It has the efficacy of resolving hard mass,regulating qi-flowing for relieving pain and warming the interior to remove cold. Andit has significant effects especially on swelling and pain,hernia pain and so on,so it has high medicinal value. In recent years,there are many new discoveries about its chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. The main chemical constituents of litchi seeds are flavonoids,steroids,tannins,terpenes,volatile oils and esters,etc. It possesses many pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammation,protecting liver,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-diabetes and their complications. Especially,the studies of its pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory and protecting liver,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and their mechanisms of action are more extensive. However,there are still few studies on the pharmacodynamic constituents of the main monomers in the active constituents and their structure-activity relationships to exert its pharmacological activities,which can be further systematically studied.
