摘要
本文探讨了无损检测在桥架型起重机再制造中的应用,提出了根据起重机再制造毛坯的材质、结构、形状、制造工艺、服役条件和检测目的来选择适用的无损检测方法,并指出不同的再制造起重机工件适用的无损检测方法和检测的内容。
This paper discussed the application of nondestructive testing in the remanufacture of bridge type cranes, and put forward the application of nondestructive testing methods based on the material, structure, shape, manufactur- ing process, service conditions and testing purposes of the remanufacture of the crane. It also pointed out the applica- ble NDT methods and contents of different remanufacturing cranes.
