摘要
实行绩效评价,进行动态管理,是国家对高等院校的时代要求。宁波于2017年4月委托第三方对在甬8所高校进行办学绩效评价,在全国高校中具有率先与导向作用。文章在阐述战略管理导向下办学绩效评价的意义、目标指向的基础上,揭示了办学绩效评价的三项机制,具有重要的借鉴作用和现实意义。
In line with the state's call for performance evaluation and dynamic administration in tertiary education, Ningbo Municipality has entrusted the schooling performance appraisal of eight local higher institutions to a third-party in 2017, which works as a pilot and leading program. This study elaborated on the significance and objectives of the strategic management-oriented schooling performance appraisal system to display its tripod-mechanism for its referential value and realistic implication.
