摘要
越南某燃煤电厂地基浅层存在较厚的淤泥和淤泥质黏土层,需要进行大量吹砂回填处理,按照施工合同提供的计量方法,总承包方与分包方的吹填工程量计量结果存在较大差异。通过分析,确定测量方法、测点布置及计算方法为影响计量准确性的主要因素,提出了合理布置地面沉降观测标、改进观测方法、改进测点布置及规范计算方法等措施,改进后吹填工程计量准确性有效提高,解决了计量争议,保护了建设各方利益,推进了项目的顺利实施。
There is a thick layer of silt and silty clay in the shallow subgrade of a coal-fired power plant in Vietnam. A large amount of sand-blowing backfilling work is required. According to the measurement method provided by the construction contract,there is disparity between the total amount of work measured the contractor and subcontractor. Through analysis,it is determined that the measurement method,measuring point arrangement and calculation method are the main factors affecting the measurement accuracy. The measures such as rationally arranging the ground subsidence observation symbol,improving the observation method,improving the measuring point arrangement and the standardizing calculation method are proposed. The accuracy of work amount measurement is effectively improved,the disputes on measurement are resolved,the interests of both parties are protected,and the project is smoothly implemented.
