摘要
复合材料广泛应用于航空领域,但是飞机表面存在结冰和积雪的情况,给其航行带来巨大隐患。以碳纤维和康铜丝为加热丝,织出两种不同加热丝的玻璃纤维织物,再与聚酯树脂复合成板,随后测试了两种不同加热丝的复合板的加热性能和拉伸力学性能。结果表明,两种复合板的加热性能良好且差异较小,随着通电加热的时间增长,两种复合板的拉伸强度和弹性模量都出现下降的趋势,但加热丝为碳纤维的复合板的力学性能明显好于康铜丝复合板。因此,加热丝为碳纤维的复合板可以作为飞机的融雪化冰材料使用。
Composite materials are widely used in aviation,but the presence of icing and snow on the surface of the aircraft poses a huge hidden danger for navigation. Carbon fiber and constantan wire were used as heating filaments to weave two kinds of glass fiber fabrics,which were then compounded with polyester resin. The heating performance and tensile mechanics of the composite plates with two different heating filaments were tested. The results showed that the heating performance of the two kinds of composite plates was good and the difference was small. With the increase of electrical heating time,the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the two kinds of composite plates tended to decrease,but the mechanical properties of composite plate with carbon fiber as heating wire were significantly better than that of the copper wire composite plate. Therefore,the composite plate with carbon fiber as the heating wire could be used as the snow and ice melting material of the aircraft.
