摘要 随着功率密度的提高,DC/DC变换器软开关技术日益完善。本文侧重对零电流开关(ZCS)脉冲调宽变换器的工作原理及设计方法的研究,具体介绍了DC/DC斩波电路中软开关的应用,然后在实验样机进行了实验,并给出了相关的实验波形。通过实验结果分析得到,DC/DC变换器实现了功率开关管的零电流关断,减小了开关损耗。 With the increased power density,DC/DC converter soft-switch technology has improved steadily.This article focuses on the zero-current switching(ZCS)pulse width modulated converter working principle and design method of research,specifically introduced soft switch applications for DC/DC chopper circuit, then experimental prototype experiments are carried out,and the relevant experimental waveforms are obtained.Through the analysis of experimental results,DC/DC converter achieves a power switch zero current shutdown,reducing the switching losses.
