Effect of Electrolyte Beverage on Exercise Ability of Human Body

摘要 研究以16名大学生为研究对象,研究电解质饮料对人体运动能力的作用。主要观察了血糖浓度变化、血乳酸浓度变化、心率恢复情况、血清钾和镁浓度变化、血清酶和尿素变化。结果表明:饮用电解质饮料后,可以保持体内较高水平的血糖值,降低运动员体内的血乳酸浓度,促进体内环境良性循环,降低血尿素浓度,缓解疲劳。 Taking 16 college students as the research object, study the effect of electrolyte beverage on exercise ability of human body. The changes of blood glucose concentration and blood lactic acid concentration, heart rate recovery, changes of serum potassium and magnesium concentration, changes of serum enzymes and urea were observed. The results showed that electrolyte beverage could keep the blood sugar in the body to a higher level, reduce the concentration of blood lactic acid,promote the virtuous cycle of the body environment, reduce blood urea concentration, and relieve fatigue after drinking the electrolyte beverage.
