摘要
针对现有的集成三轴倾角仪所存在的测量精度较低、安装可控度不高、安装角度调节不便等不利因素,设计了一种基于STM32的双轴倾角测量系统。提出了一种使用三个单轴倾角仪组合成一个空间直角坐标系模型进行两个角度测量的方法,给出了硬件及软件设计方案。重点叙述了在施工过程中工程机械自身倾斜角的测量和部分数据处理方法,以及滤除测量时所受干扰的软件解决方案。测试结果表明,该系统所选取的复合滤波器相较于单纯的低通滤波器在滤波效果方面有很大提高,验证了该复合滤波算法的优越性以及系统的可用性。
Aiming at the adverse factors accuracy, low installation controllability installation angle of existing integ inclinometers, system based a dual-axis inclination of low measuring and inconvenient rated angle three-axis measuring on STM32 is designed in this paper. A method is presented for measuring two angles by using three single-axis inclinometers to form a space rectangular coordinate system model, and the design schemes of hardware and software are given. The inclination angle measuring and data processing methods of engineering machinery in construction process are described mainly, as well as the software solution to eliminate the interference in the measurement. The test results show that the designed composite filter is much better than the simple low-pass filter in filtering effect. The superiority of the composite filtering algorithm and the availability of the system are verified.
